The deodorants contain selected natural and pure vegan ingredients that provide optimal protection against sweat, such as arrowroot and starch that absorb wetness, and unpleasant odours while also caring for the skin. I ordered this product as I really wanted to try something innovative in terms of ingredients and packaging. I think it would be appreciated only by people who like musky and heavy body smell throughout the day! I tried it twice, on dry body following shower. I stunk soon after arriving to work! I usually use well known brands but this wall big disappointment. Smell is nice but very settled. Buy perfume if you want fresh smell and not sweat odour lingering behind you!

The texture of the original product was much, much better compared to the paper tube. I've now tried three different types: grapefruit out of plastic, grapefruit out of paper and persian lime out of paper. Where the deodorant in the plastic container was tricky to apply, bit flaky, not as creamy as my home-made kind (coconut oil based w/ baking soda, corn starch and essential oils), out of the paper tube it is impossible to apply without crumbs everywhere: on the floor, on your clothing... Doesn't work for me anymore. Smells nice, though! As much as I appreciate the paper instead of plastic effort, here the quality of the product has suffered a great deal. I assume certain oils in the product simply dry out.

This was one of the most disappointing products I've purchased in years. I love the design and the idea behind the product, but it just doesn't add up to a good product in reality. The deodorant was very hard to disperse, and resulted in with big lumps of it crumbling and falling on the floor when applying. I stopped using it for a while out of pure frustration and was thinking of throwing it away when I decided to give it anther try. Initially with the same results, but gradually over the weeks it became slightly softer and easier to spread. Still with small flakes falling off and creating a mess, but better than before. At least some of the product now actually was also under my armpit.
The packaging looks great, but has a number of issues. How are yo meant to push the last bit up each tie you use it, to be able to use it all? I'm also in doubt about how recyclable the packaging is, as it gets a lot of oil contamination from he product and the cardboard tube is covered in a thin layer of plastic. Multi layered packaging is the most difficult packaging material to recyclable. So no, don't think I'll be buying this one again any time so, but do think that the product has a lot of potential and will be improved.Was this rating helpful? (8) (1)

Really like this product. I have been using the mandarin stick since Christmas time and although this means I have not yet gone through the height of summer, I am a gardener so I am doing hard, outdoor work everyday and I have never had any deodorant failures. It is easy to apply, I just make sure I warm the end of the stick against my skin for a few seconds first. I have since bought the lavender and vanilla and they all smell really great. And the packaging is completely compostable so overall I love this product so far.

Love the lavender one, not the new ones for sensitive skin

oddly enough I have been using the lavender one for quite some time now and it works like a charm!
Only downside is they can be hard during winter and thus irritate skin when trying to tube it on. And during summertime the carton tube gets very grease and grimy.
Because of the irritation I wanted to try a (then new) sensitive version. Boy did that irritate my skin even more! I had to throw it out, cause i didn't matter what I tried, it was bad.
So for me, I am back to the lavender one, though I am trying to go scent/perfume/essential oils free, so I do have the normal scentless tube waiting to be tried out.
