The relaxing, woody and warm aroma of helichrysum oil, also known as immortelle, unfolds its revitalising properties when used in aromatherapy. The regenerating oil is also popular in cosmetics. It is particularly gentle on irritated skin and serves as an additive for moisturising after-sun creams to preserve the skin's freshness and youthful appearance.

The organic oil mixes well with lavender, clary sage, rose, chamomile, tea tree, clary sage, clove, cypress, geranium, juniper, lemon, orange, bergamot, neroli, oregano, rosemary and frankincense.

Interesting facts: helichrysum, also known as Immortelle, is a shrub that grows up to 40 cm tall with grey-green stems, hairy leaves and small yellow flowers. The shrub grows in mostly dry soil throughout the Mediterranean, Italy, France and North Africa. The flowering period is from July to August.
