Description
White clay - also known as kaolin - is a white mineral clay that offers a particularly gently cleanse and is, therefore, ideal for sensitive as well as irritated skin types. It is also suitable for use on various skin problems (such as eczema, inflammation, acne, blackheads, light burns, etc.). Kaolin can also remove toxins from the skin, for a clarifying effect. At the same time, it promotes blood circulation and provides a radiant complexion.
Application:
- Mix a small amount of the product with water until a soft paste is formed.
- Use a brush or your fingertips to apply the paste to cleansed and dry skin. Avoid the area around the eyes.
- Leave on for 10-20 minutes, but do not allow to dry.
- Then rinse with warm water.
- Finish with a toner or floral water.
- The product can also be mixed with other plant powders. Add vegetable oils or honey to the mix if need be.

I like the product since it is quite affordable compared to other white clay products available on Ecco Verde.
However the pouch has soft plastic lining on the inside and in Ireland soft plastic is not widely recycled, if at all. I will probably have to spend more money for better recyclable, jar or tin packaging from other brands.Was this rating helpful? (1) (0)

My face has been going through a lot of stress lately including sleep disorder. I used this clay twice weekly to lift my sagging cheeks. And I do see a result of improvement after each application. I usually mix this clay with rose water and form a yogurt like texture.

I mix it with face oil and a bit of water to create a paste and it's amazing. After doing this mask, my skin is clear and moisturised, I love it!

I find this too watery and difficult to stick on your face. You need to use a lot of powder in order for it to become clay.
