Phitofilos Ashwagandha, 100 g

Ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, is particularly rich in tyrosine - an amino acid that stimulates melanin production and thereby counteracts greying. Aswagandha stimulates the scalp's microcirculation to promote hair growth. The plant is rich in antioxidants making it ideal for fighting the fist signs of skin aging.

Application:

• Hair:
  • Mix a sufficient amount of powder with warm water until a creamy paste, that is not too thick, is formed.
  • Apply liberally to freshly washed hair.
  • Wrap the hair in clingfilm or aluminium foil for 15 - 30 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroughly (do not use shampoo) and dry as usual.
• Face:
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of powder with warm water until a creamy paste, that is not too thick, is formed.
  • Apply to the face.
  • Avoid the eye area!
  • Rinse with water after 15 - 20 minutes.
