Discovered this tea at an Ayurevedic holiday retreat in the alps...fell in love and started buying it in the UK from EccoVerde. Cant get enough of it...fresh and invigorating as an afternoon tea! Can't quite describe the subtle mix of flavours and aromas...not like any other tea I've had...but it makes me feel happy inside (perhaps because I'm a vata-dosha since it is so light). Recommend this and several other Hildegard teas in the range but this is the best, in my opinion.
