Description

Organic Pumpkin Chai Tea is the perfect tea for autumn! The fruity orange note, full-bodied pumpkin flavour and intense chai spices are perfectly matched to treat your taste buds to something truly special.

Preparation: Pour 250ml of boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 7 to 9 minutes.

Accompanying yoga pose:

Sit back-to-back with your partner, pull your knees toward your chest and wrap your arms around them. Listen to your heart, visualise the sun and let its warmth and golden light burn away all grief and sorrow. Continue for 3 minutes and thank your partner after the exercise.
