Red Purple is a dark brown colour

Althought this lipstick is vegan and has so many certificates, it is not a soft one and the colour is not red at all. It is a dark brown, irrelevant to any red colour. Very disappointing. However it is stable on the lips. But how can I buy another colour when I know that I will receive something totally different from the photo and the descripition? Very pitty.
