An all-rounder among dietary supplements, this product contains 22 vitamins and minerals that are perfect for adults and children 12 years old and up. The tablets are easy to swallow and are also ideal for on the go.

Recommended dose:

  • Adults: 2 tablets per day with meals. Preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.
  • Children 12 years & up: 1 tablet daily.
