Menopause occurs when a woman of a certain age has not had a period for one year. The reason for this is the cessation of ovarian function, which results in a hormonal deficit. This is preceded by a transitional phase, the so-called peri- or pre-menopause. During this time, an irregular cycle and various discomforts, such as PMS of varying intensity, can occur.
This food supplement is designed to provide support during this challenging time. It contains pollen, Griffonia (5-HTP) and vitamins B6/12.
Recommended dosage: 2 capsules daily.
